TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Skinfinity Plus Ltd provides services to its clients under the Terms & Conditions which are set out below. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend your appointment and wish to cancel, or rearrange your appointment, please contact us immediately on 07531 356 554 within 24 hours before your appointment. In the event that you fail to cancel or rearrange at least 24 hours before your appointment, Skinfinity Plus LTD reserves the right to forfeit the treatment from your course and the deposit paid will be forfeited.
Please be aware if you arrive for a pre-booked treatment, and it is considered unsafe to continue your treatment due to any reasons stated in pre treatment instructions, Skinfinity Plus LTD reserves the right to forfeit the treatment.
We hope you understand that our appointments are limited and we constantly endeavour to accommodate appointments for all of our clients at the times and day most convenient to them and therefore it is important that we limit last minute cancellations.
TREATMENT REFUND POLICY
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatment purchased. However, if after conducting a patch test, you are deemed unsuitable for treatment and have already purchased your package, Skinfinity Plus LTD will provide you with a full refund, subject to its confirmation of your unsuitability.
DATA PRIVACY
We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and are in line with the Data Protection Act 1984. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. Please see our privacy policy. From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of new arrivals or promotions from Skinfinity Plus Ltd. In all e-mails you will be given the option to be removed from our mailing list, which will mean removal of your details from our mailing list. You will not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing list at a later date. If you have saved your login details, you may also opt out or in from future mailings by changing your mailing list options. Skinfinity Plus LTD will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK governing law.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Sales & bookings on this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
